Kristian O. Andersen has 30 years of worldwide business experience. Ranging from High Street retail, Travel Retail, Duty Free retail, Special Retail programs, Big Box retail, On-line retail, Distribution, Brand building, Emerging Markets and developed many brand licenses opportunities.

He was the first individual to introduce premium brands to the Scandinavian cruise ferry market, Year 2003, and the founder of the company Travellersshop.

Kristian O. Andersen is educated in Europe and in the United States of America, where he resides and shuttles between United States of America and Europe. He is married with a son.

Kemi Osinibi, with 26 years of international and local experience in the entertainment, consumer and service industries, is Founder and CEO of MandK Activity Center Ltd (MACL) who operate the MAXTIVITY - Family Entertainment Center chain. Maxtivity has entertained over 400,000+ families across its locations in Nigeria.

Driven to revolutionise the leisure industry in Africa, she brings valuable knowledge in entrepreneurship, start-ups, new concepts development & implementation, licensing, financing, project management, quality standards, business operations and management.

Ms. Brunner has more than 25 years of finance and global business experience. Over her career she has amassed a broad range of experience in structured finance. Ms. Brunner has completed more than $3 billion in transactions across government debt, structured finance, real estate, and start-up opportunities.

As CEO and Founder of EB5 Capital, she has used the EB-5 investor visa to build almost $4 billion in real estate development in the United States, creating more than 35,000 jobs with almost $800 million in capital from international investors. EB5 Capital stewards clients from more than 70 countries.

Ms. Brunner is an avid early-stage investor in global startups. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University and a Master of Public Affairs from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

She serves as an elected Trustee for Brown University.Ms. Brunner is a frequent public speaker on global real estate, women in business, entrepreneurship, impact investing, and corporate responsibility. She lives between the United States and the United Kingdom.

Hafeez Giwa is an investor, advisor, investment manager, developer, and global business advisor with 20 years’ experience in real estate and infrastructure, financial services, private equity, digital infrastructure and renewable energy across Africa, North America, and Europe

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of H Capital International (HCI) and co-founder of HC Capital Properties (HCCP). HCI a privately held investment, development, and advisory firm, Hafeez close to 20 years and a remarkable track record in the real estate industry has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise.

Hafeez holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Finance (with honours) from Howard University, where he was a Morgan Stanley – Richard B. Fisher Scholar and a Schweser – CFA Scholar.
